1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation since they are created or sourced specifically for each customer.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. Our customer service team will check the order status.
  3. If the order has not shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and process a refund.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
  • If the order is canceled before shipment, any shipping fees will also be refunded.
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, you may choose one of the following solutions:

  • We ship the correct or missing item at no extra cost, or
  • We issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
