Step 1: Design & Upload

It all begins with your creativity.

  • You choose a product: t-shirt, hoodie, mug, tote, etc.

  • Upload a design (JPG, PNG, or use our drag-and-drop editor)

  • Customize layout, size, print area

  • See real-time previews with our mockup generator

Our system flags issues like low-resolution images or improper file sizes, helping you optimize your artwork for the best results.

Step 2: Print-Ready Preparation

Once submitted, your design is:

  • Checked by our system for alignment and print boundaries

  • Routed to the nearest production center to reduce shipping time

  • Converted into a print-ready format (usually for DTG, sublimation, or screen printing)

We also make minor adjustments (centering, white ink on dark fabrics) to improve visual balance without altering your creative intent.

Step 3: Material Selection

Quality starts with the product itself. We use:

  • 100% combed ringspun cotton for most apparel (soft, breathable, pre-shrunk)

  • Recycled canvas for eco-friendly totes

  • High-grade ceramic for mugs

Each blank is sourced ethically and stocked by size and color to ensure consistency across batches.

Step 4: Printing & Curing

Based on the product type, we use the best-fit printing method:

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) for soft-touch apparel prints

  • Sublimation for all-over designs and vivid color wraps (mugs, blankets)

  • Vinyl or screen print for high-durability bulk orders

After printing, each item is heat-cured (180–200°C) to lock in colors and improve longevity.

Step 5: Quality Check & Packaging

Before shipping, every item undergoes:

  • Manual inspection for print alignment, ink consistency, fabric flaws

  • Folding and packaging using eco-friendly, recyclable materials

  • Barcode labeling and order tagging

Orders with multiple items are bundled and separated by product type to ensure nothing gets missed.

Step 6: Shipping & Tracking

  • Once packed, your order is handed to one of our global shipping partners

  • Tracking is emailed to you within 24 hours

  • Domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days (global: 5–12 days average)
