Cancellation Policy
At Ramevi, we understand that order changes may occasionally be necessary. We offer a limited cancellation period to help customers make timely adjustments before production begins.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
⚠️ After this period, your order is automatically processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or make a change:

Include your order number
Provide a clear description of the request (e.g., cancel order, change color or size)
We recommend reaching out as soon as possible within the 24-hour window to maximize the likelihood of successful cancellation.
3. After the Cancellation Window
Once the order enters production or shipping, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted once production has begun.
If your order arrives with an issue such as damage, defect, or incorrect item, please refer to our Replacements & Refunds Policy for further support.
4. Custom Design Modifications
If your request involves edits to a personalized or custom design:
Modifications may extend processing by 1–2 business days
We will notify you via email about any change to your estimated delivery timeframe
