Replacements & Refunds Policy

At Ramevi, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns due to the customized nature of our products, we are committed to resolving issues through replacements or refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Service Availability

Our services are available in the United States and most international regions, except where local laws restrict service. If your shipping location is unsupported, checkout will be disabled during the purchase process.

1. Request Timeframe

You may request a replacement or refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for support.

2. No Physical Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, defect, or printing issue), we will provide a free replacement.

If a replacement cannot be issued, we will offer a full refund, including shipping fees.

3. What Qualifies for Replacements or Refunds

You may be eligible if:

The item is damaged, defective, or flawed

There are printing errors (e.g., wrong print, misalignment)

You received the wrong item

The item was not delivered within 28 days of the order date (shipping insurance)

4. What Is Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

Shipping address errors submitted during checkout

Slight misalignments or minimal design variation (common with handcrafted products)

Color variation due to lighting or screen settings (up to 10% difference)

5. How to Submit a Claim

Email support@ramevi.com and include the following details:

Your order number

Photos or video of the issue

For print defects: Include clear, close-up images

For size issues: Include a ruler or measuring tape in the photo

For missing items: Include a photo of the shipping label and packaging

Your complete shipping address

Our team will review your claim and respond via email with the resolution.

6. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

7. Replacements

Replacements follow the standard production and delivery timeline of 2–5 business days processing + shipping.

Once shipped, a tracking confirmation email will be provided.
