🛒 Ordering

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us at support@ramevi.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Q: Can I preview my custom design before purchase?
A: Absolutely. We provide a live preview before you complete your order. Please check details such as size, color, and layout carefully before confirming.

📦 Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries unless restricted by local regulations. If your region is unsupported, you will be notified at checkout.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:

  • U.S. orders: Flat rate of $5.99

  • International orders: Flat rate of $8.99

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International: 10–20 business days after processing
    Processing takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

💳 Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal, as well as other secure options shown at checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Q: My card was declined. What should I do?
A: Double-check your billing information and try again. If issues continue, contact your bank or try a different payment method like PayPal.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: We offer free replacements or refunds for eligible issues, including:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Print errors

  • Lost packages (28+ days undelivered)

Submit your request within 28 days of receiving the item at support@ramevi.com, including your order number and photos.

✏️ Product Customization

Q: Can I request design changes after ordering?
A: If your request is within 24 hours, we may be able to make adjustments. However, design changes may extend production by 1–2 business days.
