Shipping Policy
Ramevi is committed to providing timely, reliable, and secure delivery for every customer. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing timelines, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and procedures in case of address issues or failed deliveries.
Service Availability
We currently ship orders to customers within the United States and to most international destinations, unless restricted by regional regulations or carrier limitations. If shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified at checkout and unable to proceed with the purchase.
1. Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders may be shipped from one of our U.S.-based warehouses or selected international fulfillment centers, depending on the item’s availability and destination. This allows for faster delivery where possible.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from confirmation.
Orders received after 6:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00) will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order is processed, the estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
⚠️ Note: Delivery estimates are approximate and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or local postal conditions.
5. Shipping Rates
U.S. Orders: Flat shipping rate of $5.99
International Orders: Flat shipping rate of $8.99
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is finalized.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link. You can use this information to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
7. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.
Ramevi is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an undeliverable or invalid address, the customer may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
